Mental health plays as much as important role as physical health in an individual’s life. It is the psychological well-being of an individual where they suffer from mental issues. These mental issues have a major impact on the daily life of a person. Issues related to mental state can be serious to the extent where a person’s life could be threatened.

This question might seem like a normal one, but it is worth a debate. The world is moving faster than anyone could ever imagine. when life tells us to make a haste, the primary victim to that would be the mental health. When a person suffers from any mental issue it could be a disturbance to their daily life. They would face problems in maintaining relationships in personal life, workplace etc. which could affect their life.

Mental health could be improved by following some coping mechanisms for the particular condition or disorder. there are common coping mechanisms that help with all the conditions. The first is to have a proper diet. A study says the eating an orange before going to work is good as it helps with controlling stress and keeps the mind calm. when feeling low, eating favorite food could help life up the mood. Exercising is another best activity which will help in working out the endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline, cortisol etc. which will keep the mind calm and improve the mood. Being with loved ones also helps as it releases oxytocin and helps improve the mood. Meditation is another best method to balance the moods and have a control over the mind.
