At some point in our lives we might have stumbled upon the thought of “HOW TO BE HEALTHY!?”, isn’t it? As a result, we think , search and desperately seek a well-proven answer from someone who might be an expert or practitioner, which is why you have shown up here, reading my blog “HOW TO BE HEALTHY!”.
It excites me to have such enthusiastic audience who want to change the trajectory of their lives by focusing on the most significant aspect of life, which is “HEALTH”!! Without any further ado, let’s delve into the most enthralling journey you have been waiting for!
How to be healthy in all dimensions of Health?
As we know, there are five dimensions in health. All these dimensions are interconnected and a problem in any one of them causes disturbance in all the aspects. Let’s see how to balance the five dimensions of health.
1.Physical health
In order to be Physically Healthy, intake of balanced diet is needed. A balanced diet contains Proteins, Carbohydrates, Vitamins from a variety of foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products etc. A considerable amount of physical activity should be done such as workouts, aerobics, walking, running or jogging.
2. Social health
Be genuine and participate in physical activities with friends or join communities. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively. Get distant from toxic people. Treat people with kindness and the way you expect others to treat you. Avoid being angry and disrespectful.
3. Mental health
Exercise releases “feel good” hormones that reduce feelings of stress and anger. It also helps us feel better about our bodies. Drink water regularly. Think about what you eat, look after yourself. Good relationships & learning new skills are important for your mental well-being. Living in the moment, paying attention to surroundings and practicing gratitude can also help.
4. Emotional health
Connecting with others is one way to improve your emotional well-being. Be grateful for even the simple things you contain. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Embrace yourself & let yourself feel. Accept feelings without judgement. Stop living in the past and worrying about the future. Instead, live in the moment & cherish it.
5. Spiritual health
Be a part of congregation who practice the same faith. Share your problems with the priest and ask for suggestions. Pray for each other’s needs & salvation. Discover your true purpose in life and live the best life. Strive to become the best version of yourself.
